2. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining account security, providing accurate information, and protecting login credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not use WiserTask for unlawful purposes
Do not send spam or unauthorized communications
Do not attempt to disrupt or damage the platform
Do not access accounts belonging to other users

4. SMS and Notifications

Users may voluntarily opt in to receive reminders and notifications by SMS. Message frequency varies based on user settings and activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Users may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All WiserTask software, branding, content, logos, and intellectual property remain the property of WiserTask and its owners.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

WiserTask is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiserTask shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may terminate their account at any time.
